2010 Special Events Here are some of the fun things we have planned for this summer. We will be adding new events during the next couple of months. All special events are subject to change without notice. |
June 4 - Open house from 5 to 7pm, come by to meet the Camp Pegnita staff and have a look around. June 7 - First day of Camp! June 12 - Petting Zoo. June 19 - Pirate Day! Campers can come dressed like a pirate and cheer for their favorite team as they race their pirate ships across the pool. June 22 - 26 - Greek Week - There will be special contests and activities this week such as sculpture making, play writing and performing, and of course a toga party on Friday. July 2 - Luau July 3 - BBQ July 10 - Legends of the Magic Circle - Team mates must work together to face the challenges and solve the clues in this game invented by our creative camp counselors. July 17 - Gold Rush - Find the treasure and win big! Campers collect gold nuggets hidden around the camp and exchange them to play games and win prizes. Organized and run by our counselors in training. July 24 - Words From the Drum. July 31 - Field Day August 6 - Bonsai! A messy Camp Pegnita tradition. Find the hidden counselors with out getting sent to magic circle, or else become a human sundae! August 7 - Last day of camp :( |
